Owner (the Head Guru and Brain Behind it All)
Claire has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, drawing upon her experience in managing small and large practices.  Claire was born in Dartmouth, England.  Currently Claire's family includes two German Wire Hair's (Gunner- AKA the General and Trigger) as well as Bullet who is half Lab and half miniature Dachshund (she was a rescue dog and has truly become the queen of the castle).  Somehow along the way Claire has acquired two and a half cats...  There is Pistol who believes she is one of the dogs and lives to control the house, "The New Cat" who Claire is cat sitting somewhat indefinitely and of course Sylvester (the half) a black and white cat that lives out by the chicken coop and is only seen when requesting something to eat.  Oh, not to forget two grown amazing sons and one fantastic husband! 

Connie Matthes
Staff (Our Very Best AR Attacker)
Connie was born here in Port Townsend, WA and is the proud Grandmother of two adorable girls! She has been a valued part of the team at PMA for over 6 years. "Mattie" is her black & white English Springer (Water Spaniel) and covets all the attention she can. Connie has a sweet tooth as well, and enjoys coffee too much!!!

Amy Crandall
Staff (usually the Voice you Hear on the Phone & our Spreadsheet Queen)
Amy was born in Fort Carson, Colorado and has over 100 first cousins! Amy's 'family' is down to just two cats right now.  "Sugar" is the family favorite and is actually part Bob Cat!  Although she is an avid hunter (ridding the whole neighborhood of rodents) she is also a great cuddler.  Then there is Corona... She is a yellow tabby with a bulls-eye patch on her side!  She is a terribly strange cat and randomly bites people.  But she is great with the kids and even lets Amy's youngest son put her in his Tinker Toy box.  Amy is completely addicted to drinking Crandall Coffee and salted caramel.  Amy's son lives with Sensory Processing Disorder- (sensory seeking), she loves to help educate everyone, in honor of him.  Please take the time to check out this fantastic website filled with information: http://www.sinetwork.org

Alisha Wilson
Staff (Biller Extraordinaire) 
Alisha was born in Port Angeles, WA she is the proud owner of two unusually short pinky fingers.  After an absense from PMA for a few years, to broaden her family, Alisha has returned as a very welcome re addition to our team. Not only is Alisha the proud mommy of two fantastic kids she is also the owner of the worlds two cutest cats.  A brown tabby and Daisy a tiny gray cuddly kitty.  She claims a small addition to coffee and the occasional energy drink.  Although her current passion is juicing everything she can (especially if she can trick her son into a few extra veggies in his diet).
